Within 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be honored for items that are completely intact. To qualify for full refunds, the original packaging must be completely intact and in the condition in which they were originally distributed. This includes the bag, wrapping, and items themselves.
Partial refunds may be offered for open but unused items.
Once a returned item has been evaluated, we will determine if a refund is appropriate and contact you. Please allow 14 days for this to happen.
