If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please start a return via our Return Portal.
Within 14 days of purchase, a full refund or exchange will be honored for items that are completely intact. To qualify for full refunds, the original packaging must be completely intact and in the condition in which they were originally distributed. This includes the bag, wrapping, and items themselves.
- Please allow one week for your order to arrive.
- A $30 repackaging fee will apply to any tile set removed from its original clear wrapping.
- All returns are subject to a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee.
- All Scratch & Dent Sales are Final Sale!
Once a returned item has been evaluated, we will determine if a refund is appropriate and contact you. Please allow 14 days for this to happen.
