Shipping Policy

Shipping is currently only offered in the continental US.
Items will be shipped within 48 hours of your order time, with the exception of weekends, holidays, and preorders.

• Our tile sets include free shipping. For orders containing preorder items, all products will ship together once everything has arrived, unless you request that in-stock items be shipped separately or place a separate order.
• Please allow one week for your order to arrive.
• A $30 repackaging fee will apply to any tile set removed from its original clear wrapping.
• All returns are subject to a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee.
