Refund policy

  • Within 14 days of purchase, a full refund or exchange will be honored for items that are completely intact. To qualify for full refunds, the original packaging must be completely intact and in the condition in which they were originally distributed. This includes the bag, wrapping, and items themselves.

  • 14 Days: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Original Condition: Items must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened Tile Sets: A $30 repackaging fee applies if the original clear wrapping has been removed.

  • All returns are subject to a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee.
