Lost a tile? No problem, we’ve got you covered.

We know that life happens (and tiles occasionally wander off 😉). If you’re missing a tile from your set, you can order a replacement here.

When placing your order, please include:
• The name of your set (Charleston, Peach & Pine, Sunshine, etc.)
• The exact tile you need (for example: 3 Bam, Crack/Red Dragon, East Wind, etc.)
• The approximate date your set was purchased

This helps us ensure we match the correct artwork, coloring, and batch variation so your replacement blends seamlessly with your original set.

*** Please Note: We will always do our best to accommodate replacement tile requests. However, availability depends on our current inventory. For sets purchased more than six months ago, certain tiles or batches may no longer be in stock, and we may not be able to guarantee an exact match. If this happens, we will contact you and work with you to find the best possible solution.***
